Hi Steve, The record of which contacts are synced with Outlook is tracked in the Windows registry, not the database. To lookup all the contacts synced with Outlook, under the "Lookup" menu, click on "Mobile Contacts", then "Contacts in Outlook".

Troy, where is the flag for "contact in outlook"? What table & field.? I would like to get a list or lookup all that are being syncd to outlook. Some contacts I would like to stop syncing to outook.

Hi Brittney, Make sure you have a database open. Under the "File" menu, click on "Open".

Matt, it sounds like you don't have any contacts in your email newsletter list. This FAQ article explains how to manage this: www.tntware.com/.../how-can-tntmpd-3-0-help-me-manage-my-paper-and-email-newsletters.aspx TntConnect syncs your Email Newsletter List with MailChimp.

Currently the sync with mailchimp feature only recognizes contacts from mailchimp to bring to tnt. It doesn't recognize any contacts in tnt to import to tnt, Any ideas on why that is? Thank you!

The hyperlink (tntmpd.com/.../outlook.htm) needs updating as it is a shortcut.

It forwards to "www.tntware.com/tntmpd/faq/mailchimp.htm" but the /tntmpd/ portion should of course be /tntconnect/. :-)

I got to a "Page Not Found" when I clicked on FAQ but figured it out immediately and manually typed in the correction and read what I needed to know. Thanks for everyone helping update the Tnt Websites since the rebranding.

I suppose I still would prefer to use Outlook: In the moment Google does not have my contacts/calendar entries at all (my personal privacy concerns...)

Matthias, that is not currently available. What if TntMPD could sync directly to Google Contacts/Calendar. Would this be a solution for you?

Hello,

in the past I synced my TntMPD with Outlook and then with MyPhoneExplorer from Outlook to my Android Smartphone.

Now I have a new Computer running Windows 7 64 bit. I'm not able to install my old MS-Office 97 anymore and by this I do not have Outlook anymore. Instead I'm using OpenOffice and Thunderbird.

Is there a way I could sync TntMPD without Outlook and without Google Contacts/Calendar to my Android Smartphone?

Good question. Those 5 fields under the heading "Outlook" in [Contact > View Details] are no longer synced with Outlook. They used to be synced with Outlook. These 5 fields are going away in a future version of TntMPD. I kept them around to allow people the chance to transition away from using them.
